چکیده
The variations of solar activity and distribution energy due to the rotation Earth around its axis Sun exert a strong influence on water clusters, as result which their chemical reactivity in hydrolytic processes can vary very wide range. This phenomenon is well manifested hydrolysis phosphoric acid esters. 5-year regular investigations (2015—2019) triethylphosphite acetonitrile show that rate this reaction with all other conditions being equal displays diurnal, large annual variations, also modulated by 11-year cycles activity.
